If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called the night before to ask about an iPad for my son’s birthday. Tory answered the phone and told me the iPad was there. I left work early the next day specifically to come purchase it because my son has been asking for it. When I arrived, I was told the iPad had been put on hold for an employee and could not be sold to me. I was never told this on the phone, and I wasn’t given any idea when the employee was actually going to purchase it. I’m a paying customer who called ahead, was told the item was available, and physically came to the store ready to buy it. Yet an employee apparently got priority over me simply because they wanted the item. If customers are allowed to put items on hold, Tory could have offered to hold it for me when I called. Had she done that, we would have gladly taken her up on it. I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told Tory was the acting manager. Unfortunately, there was no one available to actually address the situation or provide a reasonable solution. Disc Replay needs to seriously reconsider this policy. Customers should not be turned away from purchasing

I am a very regular customer. Have traded literally thousands of dollars at this store. The person who just turned me away lost my business for the company forever. I brought in collectors’ guides, high-dollar stuff and was dismissed outright. Never been turned away like that before. Darrian and Jeremiah were who helped me. Very rude and very dismissive. Will not being coming back.

Disc replay doesn’t disappoint. I was surprised at some of the old items I have that I was able to sell and trade on my visit today! I will definitely be back for more business!!

If you enjoy playing video games and you’re looking for a cheap game, do not go to Disc replay You might as well go pay full price and don’t return what you buy specially, not to GameStop or disc replay It’s a complete rip off very unhappy with my visit. They’re going to take what you bring to them not even give you half of what you paid for then put it up to sell at full price and then some you might as well buy a brand new and keep it if the item you bought doesn’t make its own value and then some keep it I don’t even want to give them one Star, they are worse than GameStop🤦🏾‍♂️

Stopped by the Livonia location and was honestly impressed from the moment I walked in. The store was clean and well organized and they had everything you could think of. PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii, Blu rays, DVDs, old gaming consoles, Funkos, trading cards and many more. Walking through this store honestly brought me back to the good old days. It gave me that nostalgic feeling you do not get a lot of places anymore. If you are into retro gaming or just looking for a good deal on older consoles and games this is the spot. The selection alone makes it worth the trip and you can tell they put effort into keeping the store stocked and well kept. Whether you grew up gaming or you are just getting into it there is something here for everyone. I will definitely be coming back.
